Customer data is entered by client staff, and remains securely stored for up to 3 months.

Storage of data and applications
Production data – Centro, Hemel Hempstead HP2 7SU.
Backup data – Central London and Maidenhead.
We do not move or transfer data out of the EEA (European Economic Community).
We always inform clients if data is transferred and have our own data protection officer.

Data controls and risk management now in place
We ensure all individuals, parties, employees or other persons / entities with access to Personal Data are bound by industry standard confidentiality obligations which include keeping such Personal Data confidential. We have the ability to restore the availability and access to Personal Data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.

All access is tracked, logged and logs are securely maintained for 72 days as per the legal requirement for retention.
Our server is with United Hosting and arcagent staff have access to your company information and any additional authorised contacts on your account in your client area.
All clients can audit security and take technical measures for the protection of data.

Security breach notification
In the event that the Processor receives any complaint, notice or communication (from either the ICO or a data subject) which relates directly or indirectly to the processing of Personal Data or to
either party’s compliance with Data Protection Legislation, the company shall notify the client without undue delay and it shall provide the client and the ICO (if applicable) with full co-operation
and assistance in relation to any such complaint, notice or communication for which the Processor’s time will be chargeable;
We agree to not disclose Personal Data to any data subject or to a third party other than at the request of the Client.
